You should consider the following aspects in this evaluation:

• Media Coverage: To study what was the coverage in the media and evaluate the criticisms.
• Questioning neighbors and business people: Personally resolve the concerns and criticisms as they present themselves.
• Logistic Material: Evaluate the effectiveness of the location and type of signs and safety barriers used.
• Security and Street System: Evaluate the state of the streets, the incline and accident statistics.
• Personnel Performance.
